I am a licensed Real Estate Broker, and founder of MPM Homes LLC, serving clients across the entire state of Florida, and based around Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties.

 

In my early days as young adult I secured a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Universidad Pedro Henriquez Ureña (UNPHU) in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

Blessed to be able to live in three (3) countries, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and now in mainland United States, and having to move from one home to home about nine (9) time in the last 22 years, I believe that experience gave me the tools to like, and eventually become, a real state professional.

Since becoming licensed in 2018, I have built a reputation as "the new generation of professional Real Estate", known for our innovative and relationship-centered approach. Over 85% of our transactions come from referrals, and as a demonstration of the impressive success we have blessed to receive, we grew by 196% in 2021, just within the pandemic years. Recognized as a top producer, I was awarded the TOP PRODUCER Sales Growth award in both 2021 and 2022 by my former broker, The Caspi Team Realty.

In early 2025, I embarked on an exciting journey by launching my own real estate brokerage in South Florida. Today, our growing team spans the entire state, with a regional presence to help Floridian families and foreign investors meet their homeownership goals.
